The Simple Basic Requirements
A minimum down payment is required. Customer signs a Conditional Sale Agreement. Customer signs a promissory note payable to Simmons Canada Inc. Interest rates are based on the customer making equal and consecutive payments commencing the month following delivery. Customer provides a series of postdated cheques to cover monthly payments for the balance of sale plus finance charge. We will waive finance charge if customer wishes to arrange payment within 30 to 60 days, however the minimum down payment, Conditional Sale Agreement, promissory note and postdated cheques to cover the balance are required. Finance charges are based on current interest rates at the time of the Agreement. Minimum requirement $5,000.00.
